This page uses public government filings. A filing does not guarantee that the employer will sponsor you. This information is not legal advice.

Status on October 22, 2026: USCIS does not collect the $100,000 payment on new H-1B petitions for workers outside the U.S. while court orders stand. Appeals are pending, so this can change. USCIS H-1B FAQ
